Embroidery FAQs

These questions aim to cover various aspects of the embroidery process, ensuring that potential and existing customers have a clear understanding of what to expect from Wise Safety’s embroidery services.

1. How do you ensure the quality of your embroidery? Our commitment to quality starts before you’ve even placed the order. We operate Japanese Tajima embroidery machines and only use Madeira embroidery threads. We use professional established digitisers, and run samples of every new logo before starting your order. Before your garments leave the door they’re carefully checked and folded to ensure you get the high quality embroidery you expect. 
2. Can the embroidery withstand frequent washing? Absolutely. Our embroidery is designed to be durable, and is suitable for industrial laundering at high temperatures. 
3. Is there a limit to the complexity of the design I can request? We pride ourselves on our ability to bring even the most intricate designs to life. Our advanced technology and skilled embroidery team mean there’s virtually no limit to what we can achieve.
4. What is the maximum size of an embroidery design? The maximum size for an embroidery design is determined by the capabilities of our machines (up to 23x30cm) and the nature of the item being embroidered (items like caps have a smaller area, and the machines cannot embroider too close to pockets, seams, radio loops and zips). Our team will happily advise you on the best size & placement for your logo.
5. What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with the finished product? Embroidered items are unfortunately non-returnable. Before your order is started you’ll receive an electronic proof detailing the size, position and colours of your embroidery. We won’t start until you’ve approved it in writing. If you’d like to see a physical sample before you approve we can arrange this too!
6. How do you price your embroidery services? Our pricing is based on the complexity of the design, the number of stitches, and the quantity of items to be embroidered. At the top of this page you can select the size embroidery you want, this will then display the price breaks.
